Providing a confidential, non-judgemental safe space, helping you to grow

About me
As a qualified person centred counsellor, I respect and value you as an individual, focusing on your unique needs and experience.
I feel it is important to create a safe, understanding and supportive space where you can freely express yourself without fear of judgment and find the support you need to overcome challenges.
Counselling is a collaborative process where we can work together to identify goals and develop strategies for achieving them.

It's important to proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for you, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings thoroughly.
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but it is also a step towards healing and growth.
